The wellbeing, health and safety of all our athletes, coaches, volunteers and the general public is a priority for Bramcote SC. At present, our position is that we are following advice from gov.uk and from Swim England.
We would like to let members know that as far as possible training will continue as normal. Swim England guidance is that water and chlorine in pools will help to kill the virus. However, please adhere to the following guidance
-everyone visiting pools should follow hygiene advice-swimmers should shower before and after swimming
-spectators, coaches and volunteers should wash their hands for 20 seconds using soap and water or sanitizer gel
-most importantly, if you feel unwell, please do not attend events or training and seek appropriate medical advice
County relays are still planned to go ahead on Sunday, so please adhere to the above advice if you are involved in this event in any way
It may be that the advice will change on Monday after a meeting between Swim England and British Swimming and we will communicate and follow any new guidelines
It may also be that we are forced to cancel some sessions if coaches are ill or asked to self-isolate, or if any of the pools are closed. Again, we will keep everyone updated as soon as any decisions are made
