Change to the coaching team

Bramcote Swimming Club is a competitive club whose vision is “to equip our swimmers to achieve their full potential”. This vision can only be realised by ensuring we have a strong coaching team who are dedicated not only to the club and swimmers, but also to their own personal development.

As a result of coaches undergoing continuous personal development, Michelle has been coaching at Nova alongside her work at Bramcote. Now due to personal reasons, Michelle has resigned from Bramcote. Michelle has invested an enormous amount of time and energy in the club and she will be hugely missed.

Until a replacement for Michelle can be recruited, Di will take over from Michelle in heading up the Inter Performance squad as well as continuing  to coach and head up the Junior squad, with support, which will allow her to continue the great work she is already doing.

To strengthen our coaching squad, I will be advertising for an additional level 2 coach to join the coaching team.

Turning back to Michelle, as she still has holidays left to take, her last session will be Wednesday, the 9th March. On this evening, I want to give Michelle the send off she deserves and will be arranging a presentation for her.

In recognition of Michelle’s service to the club, she will be given the distinguished right of being an honorary life member.

Please feel free to contact me at and I will be happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

Thank you for your continued support.
