Here are some links to resources to help swimmers maintain fitness while pools are closed. We will update this when new ideas from reliable sources become available-last updated 20th April.

  • Swim England have set up a YouTube channel and will be adding to it regularly. There is some info on nutrition while not swimming that might be of interest to more competitive swimmers. There are also a more advanced workouts for swimmers (12-18yrs) who are used to doing land training-watch out for more to come.
