Bramcote Open Meet 2017
A HUGE thanks to everyone who supported our meet this year, including swimmers and coaches as well as all our amazing volunteers from Bramcote and visiting clubs- team managers, officials, competitor stewards, runners and everyone manning medal table, door, tombola and handing out refreshments. It takes a lot of people to make a successful meet and we are really grateful!

Bramcote Open Meet 2017 Reserves 23 Nov 17-Please note that we have only accepted swimmers as reserves where they have accepted into the meet but we were unable to accommodate all the events entered. All other entries not on the accepted or reserve lists have been rejected as the meet is oversubscribed and now full.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who supported our open meet this year, swimmers, supporters, coaches and our fantastic volunteer officials and other helpers, who help make everything run smoothly. Our meet in 2017 will take place on Sunday 26th November. Hope to see you then!
Update 12th December:
To everyone who didn’t get their medal on the day, please accept our apologies again for running out. This was a miscalculation on our part and a genuine mistake. I know that nothing is quite the same as receiving the medals on the day but new medals were ordered on the Monday after the competition. As they are custom made for us, they take 6-8 weeks to arrive so it will be into the new year before we have them ready to post out.
We have a list of everyone who didn’t get their medal on the day and soon as the new ones arrive, they will be posted out to the clubs.
I will put an update on this webpage when the medals arrive so that you know when they are on the way.

For withdrawals on the day, please text the details to 07498 604991, before the start of the warm-up

The meet takes place at Bramcote Leisure Centre, Derby road, Nottingham NG9 3GF on Sunday 29th November 2015. The meet is licenced at Level 3, licence number 3EM151764. We look forward to a day of fun and excitement, in this, the year of the club’s 50th anniversary.
A large number of volunteers are required to run a successful competition and Bramcote SC invites you to give some of your time if you are able. If you are attending with your swimmer and are a qualified official, please volunteer to support the meet.
We ask all clubs sending 10 or more swimmers to provide at least one qualified official per session. We will accommodate J1 and J2 mentoring as much as possible, given sufficient advance notice.
